Job Description
This role encompasses the following responsibilities: process automation, project oversight, remediation, compliance, and data mart development and maintenance.
Position Highlights

- Develop datasets that are straightforward to comprehend and analyze.

- Create and evaluate architectures that facilitate data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modeling.
- In a swiftly changing environment, collaborates with operations teams and senior leadership to adapt and improve operations workflow applications.
- Maintains a seamless service to the customer base while facilitating and leading complex data infrastructure changes.
- Collaborates with fraud reporting and operations teams to establish essential data infrastructure and automations that facilitate compliance measures and reporting.
- Testing and ongoing quality assessment of data mart outputs, as well as the completion and supervision of change controls.
- Understands the impact and motivation of compliance and regulatory factors on work efforts and maintains awareness of them.
- Generates and preserves documentation concerning data infrastructure and its associated critical controls.
Minimum Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically, a minimum of six years of experience in the relevant field.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Experience and proficiency in SAS programming and analysis are essential.
- A thorough understanding of the key performance indicators (KPIs) in the industry and the data that underpins them.
- Strong analytical abilities in the context of assessing fraud prevention infrastructure.
- Executive-level reports require meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, strategic planning, and misconduct.
- Five years or more SAS and SQL are the primary tools in a professional business environment. A working understanding of data architectures and strategies is required.
- Proficient in project management.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong experience in both written and verbal presentations to upper management and executive levels.
- 5-7 years of experience in the financial services or banking industry.
