Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field and 0–2 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Interpretation
Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Apply statistical methods to understand relationships between data points and support business decision-making.
Model Development
Design and implement custom machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business use cases. Utilize predictive modeling and classification techniques to drive data-driven outcomes.
Visualization & Reporting
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively. Ensure visualizations are intuitive and aligned with business stakeholder needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data science problems. Align data projects with business objectives through effective communication and documentation.
Data Quality & Engineering Collaboration
Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality and well-structured data pipelines. Validate data integrity and consistency prior to analysis.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in data science, machine learning, and analytics. Proactively suggest innovative techniques and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong background in data science, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and presentation.
- Advanced programming experience in Python for analytical modeling and automation.
- Expertise in SQL for querying, transforming, and managing large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Certifications
Relevant certifications in Data Science, Power BI, and Python (Preferred).
