Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Familiarity with IT development processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support the development lifecycle by providing clear and concise documentation.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Â Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
Certifications:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certifications are beneficial but not required.
