Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design test strategies.
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools, specifically Cypress.
- Strong understanding of Typescript for test script development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in manual testing techniques.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications:
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) is a plus.
