- Capacity to assess business processes, expecting necessities, distinguish process enhancements, and creating and arrangements.
- Performing requirements analysis and documentation of the processes and results.
- Strong Communication Skills: Conducting meetings and presentations to business and management for sharing insights, plans and ideas.
- Perform user acceptance testing of enhancements and system solutions.
- Resource planning and tracking of resources, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of project tasks.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jira, and Power Query a plus.
- Experience with Business Objects or equivalent query type software not limited to SQL, PostgreSQL.
- High competency in Data Analysis and committed to data.
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate applications not limited to Yardi, MRI, Kardin, RealPage, DealPath, VTS is a plus.
