Qualifications
Finance-related degree preferred (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or equivalent) exposure to SQL, databases, and macros desirable.
Responsibilities
Product Data Management:
Maintain and validate security reference data for a wide range of asset classes including equities, listed derivatives, and fixed-income products. Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data critical to front-to-back processes in sales, trading, operations, finance, risk, and regulatory reporting.
Data Quality Monitoring:
Design, define, and coordinate the development of data quality rules. Compare internal data against external sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and direct exchange feeds. Monitor data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Issue Management & Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate data anomalies and trends. Perform root-cause analysis on data quality exceptions and identify inaccuracies in external data provider feeds. Escalate risks and issues with urgency and suggest proactive solutions to avoid reoccurrence.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with trading desks, operations teams, production management, business analysts, and IT teams to align on data integrity, operational standards, and improvements to product data flows.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains across global operations. Recommend improvements in data setup, monitoring, and reporting processes.
Skills and Qualifications

Certifications
