Responsibilities
Dashboard and Report Management:
Maintain and manage core HR and Talent dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across HR stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into meaningful metrics and KPIs. Deliver actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.
Workday Reporting:
Extract, organize, and validate HR data from Workday. Support HR and leadership with data needs for both operational and executive-level reporting.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Interpret both qualitative and quantitative HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive initiatives through data-informed recommendations.
Regular Reporting:
Lead recurring reporting cycles, including KPI dashboards, workforce metrics, and ad-hoc requests. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to all levels of the organization.
Presentation Support:
Prepare clear and concise reports for HR/Talent leadership, including board-level presentations. Support storytelling through impactful data visualizations.
Data Integrity & Troubleshooting:
Resolve data discrepancies and issues related to HR/Talent datasets. Proactively manage data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
Training and Documentation:
Create documentation and provide training to HR and business users on leveraging dashboards and reports effectively.
System Collaboration:
Work closely with Business Technology teams and vendors to manage system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless HR data integrations.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure all reporting practices adhere to data privacy regulations and company data governance standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data models).
- Advanced knowledge of Workday HRIS including report development and data extraction.
- Ability to deliver actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Sound understanding of HR metrics, analytics, and workforce strategy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in data storytelling and dashboard creation tailored to HR audiences.
Certifications
- HR Analytics Certification (e.g., from HRCI or SHRM)
- Power BI Certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
- Workday Certification (preferred)
