Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Turn data into actionable business insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Develop and maintain data models.
- Perform data mining and extract relevant information.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Experience with statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
- Knowledge of XML.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of data mining techniques.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data effectively.
Certifications:
- Certified Data Analyst (or equivalent certification).
