We’re currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join us in our mission to enhance data quality for a valued client.
Role Overview
As a Data Analyst focused on Data Quality, you will work closely with the Engagement Lead to oversee and improve customer data for a specific business area within the healthcare sector. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of critical data assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality Management:
Support all ongoing data quality initiatives using industry-standard tools. Investigate, resolve, and track data issues while ensuring service levels are consistently met. - KPIs & Metrics:
Develop and introduce new KPIs, metrics, and regular data health checks to monitor and improve overall data quality. - Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the Engagement Lead and client stakeholders to refine and enhance data ingestion (ETL processes), business logic, and matching rules that impact data integrity. - Root Cause Analysis:
Use advanced SQL skills to analyze and uncover the root causes of data quality concerns. - Stakeholder Communication:
Engage with client stakeholders at various levels, leading discussions, providing insights, and ensuring transparent communication around issue resolution and process changes.
What We’re Looking For
- SQL Expertise:
Strong command of SQL, capable of writing and optimizing complex queries. - Tools Experience:
Familiarity with platforms such as Reltio and Databricks is highly desirable. - Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with Healthcare Professional and Healthcare Organization master data. - Strong Communicator:
Clear and confident in both verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting insights to both technical and business audiences. - Software Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to use it effectively for data review and reporting.
