The Business System Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. The analyst leads analysis and solution definition; understands the business issues and data challenges of the organization; identifies organization’s strengths and weaknesses; and suggests areas of improvement.
This role will document requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. This role must have the ability to analyze systems and procedures, write and revise standards and procedures, communicate effectively, and train others. In addition, this position will Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of the new system and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets.
