Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to financial products, operations, or reporting.
- Assist in analyzing financial data to identify trends, gaps, or process inefficiencies.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Work with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Support testing and validation efforts by creating test cases and helping users with UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on financial regulations, tools, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and industry terminology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
