- Strong expertise in end-to-end quality engineering and in latest industry trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively to CXO-level leaders, report on engagement health and articulate transformation outcomes.
- Experience in onsite/offshore delivery models including managed services and T&M engagements.
- Capable of understanding and managing client expectations (advisory, consulting, transformation, etc.) to align delivery strategy.
- Proficient in problem solving, communication, metrics-driven reporting & crisis management.
- Skilled in identifying new opportunities and partnering with internal teams (sales, presales, CoEs, etc.) to implement them.
- Must be able to manage distributed teams within the USA ensuring mature, measurable and growth-oriented outcomes.
- Sever as main point of contact for clients & internal leaders including those in onshore and offshore locations.
- Must be able to track, measure and control account delivery operations covering technology, plans, financials and employee satisfaction to maintain overall account health.
- Lead/contribute to technical discussions with QE thought leadership and solutions for delivery dynamics.
- Identify and embrace innovation to deliver value-adds for clients and continuously contribute to building/enhancing domain and technical capabilities.
