Job Details
Experience in the field of finance and housing, including mortgages, mortgage insurance, underwriting, and audits.
Experience in the public sector is advantageous;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Excel, and Visio;
SQL Server expertise is advantageous;
A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or pertinent technical degree is preferred.
A minimum of seven years of successful experience as a business analyst, as well as a demonstrated history of managing and delivering large-scale, complex, multi-year projects.
A comprehensive understanding of technology, analysis, and the critical evaluation of information obtained from a variety of sources; experience in the decomposition of high-level information into details, the differentiation of user requests from the underlying true needs, and the development of solution concepts from requirements
Successfully proven experience in a team environment and the capacity to resolve conflicts;
Experience in a professional business or project analyst capacity that is related;
Proven experience in the development of business requirements documentation (BRDs) and functional requirements documentation (FRDs), which includes the creation of workflow/process flow diagrams (Candidate will be required to provide examples of written materials from previous experience).
I have experience in the management and execution of initiatives throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
To effectively manage agency expectations and project artifacts, extensive organizational skills are required.
